California Wine Country was the theme of this month’s RPYC Wine Club Dinner, pared with exceptional selections of California Cuisine. A flair for beautiful presentation and freshness, this style of cooking pleasingly touched all the senses.
Our host & hostess shared two recipes, Ying Yang Soup and Marjolaine, that were served by Chef Wolfgang Puck at a recent Academy Award Oscar Dinner. Host & Hostess Joe & Lois Guzzo could not be present but asked we pass on to all “May we toast you and wish you all ‘Alla Salute’ enjoy your California Wine and Dinner and May you someday visit California Wine Country for your personal tour and tasting.”
