Past Commodore Dave Scherer served as Master of Ceremonies and the Installation Officer was Lee Clifford, President of the District 8 Chapter of the Blue Gavel.  Lee

Clifford has served as RPYC Blue Gavel representative to District 8 for many years.

We were honored to have the Cypress Lakes ROTC Color Guard greet us and to present

colors and to have Past Commodore Bob Minahan’s wife Judy say the Blessing.

The 2009 Watch installed were, Commodore Chuck Williamsen; Vice Commodore Herb Schneider, Rear Commodore Pat Roush, Fleet Captain Phil Johnston, Secretary Joan Wendel, Treasurer Gordon Fay, Director Barbara Greco, Director Karen Thomas, and

Director Ellen Clifford.
