'LOVE MAKES THE WORLD GO ROUND' !!
Charlene & Richard Borys, along with Carol & Jack Hess, hosted a pink & red evening of "LOVE'.    Our chef David, & his crew prepared such marvelous dishes for our enjoyment, that there are not words to express.  Did everyone see the "french fries" at the hor d vor table??  (they were great!)  The staff made everything run like clock work as always.  It was a Wonderful evening that left you with a warm &  fuzzy feeling.

                                The Valentine's Day Fleet In
The Valentine's Day Fleet In was surely the setting for cuddling because the weather was windy, cold and rainy.  It was a true test of relationships because docking on Friday afternoon during the storm could have torn apart any loving couple. Nine brave captains entered the harbor at various times that day.  Those that arrived early had little trouble, but those that came later in the day had their seamanship tested.  I am proud to say that all of our captains are truly capable of handling their vessels and arrived safely.

Friday night we enjoyed Pub night and Saturday morning we attended the Skipper's Breakfast which was very interesting. Saturday afternoon we met in the Wheelhouse Dining Room to help with the decorating for the festivities that night. Later we danced the night away as " Love Made the World Go Round."  Sunday morning we all met at various times for a continental breakfast on the Tapken's boat and then departed at our leisure.  Of course the weather had improved by then for the ride home.
