On Friday June 25th the first group of the Bahamas 2010 Air Land and Sea Cruisers arrived on Staniel Cay, Exumas, via Watermakers Air.  In total we had 20 who flew in and 2 boats - one which included Wayne and Diane on Long Legged Lady who cruised all the up from Grenada to meet up with our intrepid travelers.

The weather could not have been better for all the water activities planned for the week.  The group took part in a variety of activities that included swimming with the sharks at Compass Cay, snorkeling at both the Sea Aquarium in the Exuma Land and Sea Park and the famous 007 Thunderball Grotto, feeding the "wild pigs" and native iguanas, deep sea fishing and shelling and sunning on the white sand beaches surrounding Staniel Cay.

On Thursday evening we were ferried over by boat to the Sandals Resort Property "Royal Plantation" for our farewell dinner before everyone flew back to the mainland on Friday, July 1st with many good memories and many, many photos of their adventures in the turquoise seas!
