A TRIBUTE TO THE LEGENDS A very attentive, appreciative, and casually classy group of Royal Palm members and guests enjoyed the highly talented Chuck Peterson and his impersonations of many famous and favorite vocalists.  His tireless renditions carried on continuously for over two hours without a break and the dance floor was periodically overflowing with swivel hipped club members.  He even got Gary Tapken on the floor while Kathy was seldom absent.  Additionally, while Chuck was not singing the floor was full of folks doing the “Electric Slide”.  Chuck Peterson belted out (and we mean BELTED) renditions by: Tom Jones, Neil Diamond, Johnny Cash, Louis Prima, Bobby Darin, Engelbert Humperdink, Louis Armstrong, Ray Orbesin, and he even threw in impersonations of Bill Clinton and others.  We heard such songs as: Lay Your Head Upon My Pillow, Pretty Woman, What A Wonderful World, Are You Lonesome Tonight, Mr Jiggalo, I Ain’t Got Nobody, Let It Be Me, and What A Wonderfiul World,  among many many other hit songs too numerous to name.  He is truely a very talented performer and will surely return to the stage at the Royal Palm Yacht Club in the future.  Don’t miss him the next time he is on tap. tips to download images from SmugMug   once you have 'clicked' on the image above select one of the images that you would like to download to your computer ..
