Our October luncheon was an elegant affair with the exquisite fashions from For the Bride.  Hostesses Connie Bollert and Pat Harvey set the mood with beautiful centerpieces and lots of lace, and our lovely models, Ann Johnston, Margie Moske, Linda Matthews, Peggy Hoffman, Renata Kurcina, and Sandy O’Leary, showed off the glamorous fashions in high style, with dashing escorts Dale Bollert and Jim Harvey lending their support.

            Members and guests were greeted warmly at our Hospitality Table by Laurene Baum, Carol Hess and Janet Miller.  Behind the scenes helping to dress our models were Sandra Merchant, Marta Perosio, Darlene deGraf, and Shirley Souders.   Carol Market did a great job of photographing our event.  As you can see, it takes many hands to create a wonderful show and afternoon, and I thank all these wonderful ladies (and men) for helping make the fashion show run smoothly.  We truly appreciate Wendy, owner of For the Bride, for presenting yet another fine fashion show for us.  She certainly inspired us to stop by her shop for our next special occasion dress!

            Not to be forgotten is the role of our dedicated staff in making the day a success.  Another very big thank you goes to Jason, Kemorr, Karen, Chef Reuben and kitchen staff, and all of our excellent serving staff.  We appreciate all the help they provided in setting up for our large group this month, and then their superb service throughout the luncheon!  (Nicole’s white chocolate martinis, chocolate/raspberry martinis and Kir Royale cocktails were yummy.)  Our staff is the Best!
