Saturday
morning
a
group
of
approximately
60
Skippers
and
Mates
met
in
our
new
ballroom
to
hear
Alex
Dorsey
tell
his
tales
of
sailing
around
the
world
solo.
He
had
completed
half
his
mission
on a
28'
Westsail
named
Namaste,
when
he
decided
he
needed
a
bigger
boat.
He
sold
the
Westsail
in
Australia
and flew
back
to
the
United
States.
He
found
a
42'
that
needs
a
lot
of
work
but
is
very
sound,
in
the
Glades
Storage
Yard.
Good
thing
he
got
a
bigger
boat;
he
also
met
Samantha
and
her
daughter
Gwenovere
here
in
Fort
Myers.
They
will
be
traveling
with
him
as
they
prepare
to
leave
and
complete
their
adventure
around
the
world.
His
life
is
sailing,
sailing
and
sailing.
